  Just opened a Bank of America account for a rental house that I have to make it more convenient for my tenant to pay electronically. Never used B of A before always have been with Chase, which is much more convenient bank for the customer. Tried to deposit a check for a hail claim and couldn't bc my wife wasn't present (but check was endorsed by her along with the bank the mortgage is with, which required us both to endorse and present identification at the time they endorsed). I have been through this process with Chase before and wasn't required to have her present to make the deposit. I was told my wife has to come in person to B of A for the deposit. Well my wife and I both have jobs and being open from 9am to 4pm is BS, if you are going to require us to be there in person to deposit a check when we were both present to endorse with the other bank. Bottom line if you have a job don't use them, terribly inconvenient.

  Customer service was great here! Everyone was friendly, and actually care for what you need. I was attended by Mario J. Bermudez (I hope I got his last name right), great guy, would recommend to anyone going there for assistance.
